| The Model Centre Conditions of Use PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
As a company policy, orders can only be shipped to the customer’s billing address provided. Payments for orders can be made by credit card (Master Card/VISA/AMEX) through PayPal. Customers can also choose to avail of our mail order system by telephone on 00353(0)51876262 between shop opening hours (10am-5.30pm Tuesday-Saturday). We will also accept Postal Orders, Euro Bank Drafts, and cheques (5 working days for clearance), as method of payments. To avail of this facility, contact us on +353 51 876262.

All prices on our website, www.themodelcentre.net include 21% VAT.
SHIPPING
We provide Shipping worldwide. All items are priced for shipping individually. We do not make profits from delivery charges. 48-hour delivery applies to weekdays only. As a strict rule, orders will only be shipped to customers billing address. Items being delivery can be registered and/or insured upon request of customer, and postage price will be amended to include this service. Otherwise, items being delivered will be sent using standard An Post charges.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We only accept returns for a Credit notes or full refunds:
- In the case of faulty goods upon receipt.
- If an Item does not meet the description of the product ordered.
E.U. Region Warranties & Customer Support. Any problems or faults with equipment will be viewed upon within the terms of the supplied manufactures 12 month E.U. warranty. Any queries or problems regarding equipment will be answered within the quickest possible time. We must be informed of any problems with any product within 72 hours of receipt of such items. Items must be returned within 28 days. No Items will be accepted after this time. Problems or faults with Equipment within the first 28 days after receipt of such products will be exchanged or repaired. (At manufactures discretion in light of warranty conditions) All Items must be completed and in the same condition as we shipped including all Manuals, Packing and Accessories. Returns or full refunds are only accepted if under these conditions.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
Please contact us at info@themodelcentre.net or, alternatively, by telephone on +353(0)51876262 to let us know which item you wish to return. You can send the Item(s) back to our business address or to the manufacture (but we shall decide this when contacted by email or by phone). We will contact you as soon as we receive the item(s) back and will replace or refund your items in the quickest possible time.
